Donation Terms & Refund Policy
1. Terms & Conditions
- Donations made to Rachnatmak Bharat Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable except under specific conditions mentioned in the refund policy.
- By donating, the donor confirms that the funds are from a legitimate source and do not violate any Indian laws.
- Donors are required to provide an accurate PAN (Permanent Account Number) to avail tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
- The Foundation reserves the right to utilize the funds for any of its ongoing charitable projects (Education, Health, or Social Welfare) unless specified for a particular cause.
2. Donation Refund Policy
Hum apne donors ke support ki qadar karte hain, lekin ek NGO hone ke naate hum donations par refunds encourage nahi karte. Halanki, niche diye gaye halaat mein refund process kiya ja sakta hai:
- Technical Error: Agar payment gateway ki wajah se ek hi donation do baar (duplicate) kat gayi ho.
- Unauthorized Access: Agar donation donor ki marzi ke bina unauthorized tarike se ki gayi ho.
Refund request donation ki date se 7 business days ke andar honi chahiye. Refund process hone mein 10-15 din lag sakte hain.
